Payment Details

For easy access to the full Teamwork Preferences material, please register your interest. This will inform us about where our material is going and where we may expect some activity in the future.

The registration is free. No payment is required until a Teamwork Preferences instrument is forwarded.

Registration allows you to access all of the material needed to use the Teamwork Preferences model with teams. We ask that you provide a minimum of your name, postal address and an Email address for this registration. Registration entitles you to have a copy for your own use and to make sufficient copies of the material to cover the number of people who complete and submit the Teamwork Preferences Instrument.

The training material titled Teamwork Preferences: An Introduction and a Teamwork Preferences: Facilitator's Guide can be downloaded in either MS Word or Word Perfect. These are provided in early version formats, to suit different levels of user capabilities.

Once registered, you are authorized to copy these documents for training use only, associated with the application of the Teamwork Preference Instrument.

This instrument provides feedback on teamwork role preferences to individual team members as well as to the overall team. It can be used as a self-rating instrument and for peer feedback. Peer feedback is achieved by the completion of Part I of the instrument by team members about each other.

Multiple teams can be accommodated. Make sure that each instrument clearly identifies which team the subjects belong to.

After you have registered, you may either view the instrument online and complete it or choose to download the instrument for later completion.

To complete the instrument online, nominate the details for the team and team member and enter scores according to the instructions. Any score can be changed by typing a new number over the old one. When the instrument is completed to your satisfaction, click on "payment details".

Multiple responses to the online instrument can be completed by indicating a wish to complete the instrument again. When all responses are complete, click on "payment details".

After completion of the online instrument, you will be asked to provide payment details on an order form.

If you download the instrument, you may copy it only for the purposes of instrument completion. Scoring sheets can be forwarded to Qualcorp Consulting by facsimile. An Order Form is provided to show payment details.
